Atlanta Estate, Probate, and Property Lawyer
“Concierge legal services for families, businesses, and investors in the areas of real estate, probate, and estate planning with subspecialties in zoning, land-use, and environmental law.”
If you were to die or become disabled suddenly, it would be a disaster for at least one person. What can you do now to protect that person? This is the question we seek to answer. The answer is not so simple as just to write a will, but rather, to review all your assets and make sure they do the most good for those you love with the least total cost in money, conflict, taxes, and anguish. In many cases, those assets might become “the gift that keeps on giving” decades later.
